Ontario Mental Health Foundation - OMHF has two annual grant programs which researchers across Ontario can apply for. This normally cumbersome process has been significantly simplified by providing an online document management and workflow management system which allows OMHF staff to more efficiently manage their applicants and reviewers. Niagara Escarpment Commission - The Niagara Escarpment Commission provides a variety of information to the general public, focusing on permits, applications and tourism information. When they approached 360 Mediaworx, their main goal was to modernize the look and feel of the website and provide more intuitive access to their value added features. With emphasis placed on stellar shots of the area, the website re-launch has been a success.

Toronto Waldorf School - In the summer of 2009 Waldorf Toronto approached Palomino looking for a more user-friendly, yet still powerful, content management system. Their needs outlined the fact that their current students and parents, along with prospective students and parents, were unique groups, and as such, required unique messaging and content. WebPal CMS proved to be the perfect solution.

Electro-Federation Canada - Electrofed is a national not-for-profit industry organization comprised of five councils representing over 300 member companies. Their unique challenge is to provide easy to find information for each of their distinct members. Alongside of this recent upgrades have seen the site become bilingual, as well as the development of a secure members only area.
