To setup a new email address for your domain you must first login to your control panel. (See "Where Is My Control Panel" for more information.)
Once you have logged in to Plesk:
- Click on the "Home" link in the top left corner;
- Choose the appropriate domain from the list about halfway down the page;
- Click on "Mail";
- Click on "Add New Mail Name";
- Enter in the new mail name;
- Choose a password and enter it in the "New Password" field. Confirm this password in the field below. (Note: Passwords cannot match or contain the prefix of the email address.);
- If the user does not have administrative privileges for your domain, un-check the "Control Panel Access" box;
- Click "OK".
