Palomino System Innovations Inc. is proud to announce the latest release of the brand new WebPal DM Document Management System. The WebPal DM has been a beneficial tool in helping many organizations, catalogue and track their internal documents and workflows.
WebPal DM was specifically designed for those groups who need to securely share documents with staff and clients in a quick and easy fashion. WebPal DM serves as a vault for these files and enables you to communicate and manage the access to those documents in a number of unique ways.
Version 2.1 was released 2010-09, now available with a french user interface.
Search & Retrieve
The WebPal DM Provides robust search capabilities for all files and folders within the system; along with files and folders actual document content is indexed for additional depth in populating fast and reliable results.
Access Management
Set permission levels of your users based on a directory level:
- Allow staff access to upload, download and modify all files
- Restrict access to only download files
- Have clients and customers login to a specific directory with the ability to upload and download assets
Workflow & Communication
One of the challenges with traditional file sharing applications is the inability to effectively communicate changes to your documents. WebPal DM has a built in email function which allows users to update staff and clients on recent file uploads.
